Northgate Gonzalez Market: Your Go-To Mexican Grocery Destination

I being at northgate many time love the store and most of the time employees are very nice but I have never recover the customer service that Celia from the meat department provide to me today. She was amazing, her customer service is like one else she smiles, greets you and takes the time to understand what her customer needs. I work customer service myself and I know it could be hard sometimes but being help by an employee like her just makes your day. She event thank me for being a customer. I want the company to know the amazing job she is doing and hopefully for her to be rewarded in a way. Thank you Celia for the passion you put to your job and your customers.

It was our first time at this store, very clean and organized. One bit of advise, don't go there hungry. Martha Ruiz provided great customer service, she was very helpful with catering questions.

So excited to have this market open in the IE. It's so impressive with it's amazing selection and low prices. It's really big and spacious and there's a lot of really cool features that make this a one of a kind shopping experience. Newly paved parking lot with is very nice with a lot of spaces. Building is clean and easy to see from the street. Walking in you're going to be amazing by house big the market is. Starting from the left and wrapping around the building you'll see different stations selling different food and products. If you purchase food you can go upstairs to their nicely decorated dining area and eat. Lots of seating and plugs to charge your phone. From there you can overlook the whole market which is coo. They also have a community room as well. The produce section is the biggest i've ever saw. Big selection of specialty produce, bulk containers and spices are amazing. They make their own tortillas on-site and have a really impressive carneceria /butcher section. Beer and wine area is big! like, it's massive! and of course they have a big bakery with great selection of pastries and baked goods Over all it's a great market that really sets the standard for markets to open in the area. Now they have online shopping through their app! Shop and purchase online and then drive up and they put your items in your trunk.

Excellent Mexican store, they basically have everything here if you your looking for authentic Mexican food and groceries. Fresh vegetables, cooked dishes, carnitas, tamales tortillas, salsas, dessert's, and bakery items. It can get crowded here inside and in parking lot but the food is worth it.

If you're looking for great pan dulce, this is the place to get it! Their pan dulce is excellent. Their bolillo is off the chain and piping hot. A great place for all your Mexican needs.

I absolutely love their Calde De Res and buy it maybe once a month or every other month. I went to get some yesterday and tasted good as usual BUT...the cook forgot ( probably) to add the potatoes in time for them to cook! I forgive you Mr or Ms cook because it was delicious minus the potato Lol!

Great Store !! Lot produce .fresh vegetables , huge meat department… home made tortillas ( always fresh ) they have also home made Mexican food , lot of products like lala from mexico …. Lot parking, handicapped and wheel chair accesible….

1st time here and absolutely love it! Lots of different prepared foods you can pick up. Tried the posole,tortas and tamales and all were delicious. I will definitely be back sooner than later.
